In a world where we have the technology like phones and computers that can tell us what time it is, watches have become products bought for style and looks more than function.

As I've mentioned before, I don't buy watches very often. I tend to shop for watches like I'm shopping for a piece of art. When I do see something I like, such as a few of these luxury watches by Longines, it's usually of the high end variety. So unless I inherit a large sum of money soon, I'll have to keep on adding to my "Watch Wishlist".

Can someone have too many sunglasses? Sunglasses are a summer fashion staple, but when you live in an area like San Diego as I do, having a collection of sunglasses year round is considered pretty normal. I did an inventory of my sunglass collection and realized that I generally stick with one or two styles, so maybe it's time to try something new.

It seems as if retro styles have made a comeback this year - think cat-eye and square shaped - but I find myself gravitating more towards contemporary styles and liking this selection of sunglasses.
